Non-Alcoholic Paloma Recipe
How to make a non-alcoholic twist on the classic Tequila cocktail that is the Paloma.
Jump to recipe
The Paloma - a perfect balance of bittersweet grapefruit juice with punchy tequila, lengthened with soda and lime. It’s one of, if not the best, showcases of how to use grapefruit in cocktails.
The problem with non-alcoholic grapefruit based cocktails is that it can be difficult to balance that bittersweet punch of grapefruit without a healthy dose of alcohol to balance it out.
Well times have changed and Lyre’s have now released a non-alcoholic substitute for rested tequila called ‘Lyre’s Agave Reserva’ an alcohol free product perfect for pairing with grapefruit cocktails, my favourite of which is this alcohol free Paloma which I’m calling a ‘Clean Paloma’
