Services

I will always do my best to fulfil and exceed your needs within the services you pay me for. However, to protect myself there are a few things I should mention so we are at a clear understanding of my terms and conditions for the services I provide.

Unless stated. Any cocktail recipes developed, Written content, Photos taken by myself (Cameron, Smartblend) belong to Smartblend. Even if your brand is in the written content or photos. It does not mean you own the content or may use it without consent.

Payment

No rights are granted to any of the content created, photos taken or work done by Cameron/Smartblend until full payment has been received.

Refusal to pay

Upon negotiating payment for services. I/Smartblend will give you a full brief on the work I will perform. Once happy and in agreement and upon your acceptance of that work. Which includes Photography, social media campaigns, sponsorship’s and/or any other services you hire Smartblend for, If you later decide you are unhappy with the work after the work has been completed, you can contact Smartblend to discuss the various steps that can be taken. However, you accept responsibility and will still have to pay the agreed upon payment amount in full for work agreed on and completed.
