Seedlip Garden Non-Alcoholic Cocktail Recipe | The Botanist
A clean, sustainable, garden fresh non alcoholic cocktail made with pea shoot cordial, Seedlip garden 108 and soda water for refreshing tipple with a sweet, grassy and herbal flavour.
Not all non-alcoholic cocktails need to be overly sweet and fruity, if you’ve checked out any of my previous non-alcoholic cocktail recipes before then you will know that I love me a functional, herbal and creative flavour forward cocktail with none of the booze but all of the character.
This one is no exception. This non-alcoholic cocktail in particular is inspired by a British garden with a focus on sustainability and great flavour.
Pea shoot Cordial
Before making this cocktail, you want to whip up a pea shoot cordial. The pea shoot cordial adds a subtle sweetness and grassy notes to this cocktail. Something that pairs beautifully with the Seedlip garden 108 we will be using.
The pea shoot cordial itself is super easy to make and once you have it you can use it for a whole range of cocktails, check out my recipe for the pea shoot cordial here.
Seedlip Garden 108
Seedlip Garden 108 is a sustainable herbal distilled non alcoholic drink. A floral blend of Peas and Hay with traditional garden herb distillates in celebration of the English countryside.
Paired with my pea shoot cordial, it makes a beautiful garden fresh cocktail that's equally refreshing, delicious and sustainable. With hints of fresh botanicals and peas.
