If you’re not looking for a long list of the “top x casseroles dishes” which all look the same and leave you just as confused as before you seen the recommendations and end up just buying whatever is cheapest and will most likely rust apart. Then you’re in the right place.
I’m not here to list of x amounts of similar looking cast iron casserole dish. I know just how difficult it is to do something as simple as buying a cast iron casserole dish because I have been there myself.

What that is, is the Le Creuset Signature Enamelled Cast Iron Shallow Casserole Dish, perfect size no rust robust cast iron casserole dish with lid included… Or as it's known in my household, “Big Red”.
So big red… I mean this Le Creuset Signature Enamelled Cast Iron Shallow Casserole Dish is pretty much suited for anything; Risotto, pasta, stews, cottage pie and of course, casseroles.
Easy Clean up
One thing I love about this dish is that its a double whammy when it comes to cleaning up. Firstly, because its a one pot wonder, it means you don’t have to move the contents from one pan to an oven dish. It’s all done in one dish, meaning less clean up.
Secondly, its super easy to clean up. With just a sponge and a dash of water any stain just cleans right out of it.
Aesthetically good-looking
As far as beautiful dishware goes. This is the Chris Hemsworth of the lot.
Jokes aside. It’s more then an extremely useful piece of cookware, its apart of my kitchen décor.
